About Us
Calvary Baptist Church began in Derby on Easter Sunday back in 1959. Our mission is to glorify God by being and making lifetime followers of Jesus Christ.
Our multi-generational body of believers meets each Sunday Morning and Sunday Evening.
We have many opportunities to get together in order to learn and grow to be more like Jesus Christ at our Sunday School Classes, Wednesday Evening Prayer Meeting, and the Awana Kids program on Wednesday. Along with various groups, Bible studies, and activities throughout the week, we strive to build a strong family rooted in a relationship with Jesus Christ.
