Chili Cook-Off
Join us for the annual Derby Chamber Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, October 10, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at High Park. This year's cook-off once again takes place during the Derby Recreation Commission's Hullabaloo, so there's plenty of family-friendly fun to enjoy while you're here.

Join the Derby Chamber of Commerce & Derby Police Department for a family-friendly Trunk or Treat at Decarsky Park! Bring the kids in costume and make your way through decorated trunks filled with candy and Halloween fun.

Pancake Feed Supporting Derby Operation Holiday
Join us for pancakes and sausage to-go or in person on Saturday, November 7 from 8:00 - 10:30 am at the American Legion Post 408! All proceeds will benefit Derby Operation Holiday. We will also be accepting canned food, new toys and monetary donations at the event.

Join us for the 2026 Derby Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 5! This year?s theme, ?A Storybook Christmas,? is inspired by classic Christmas tales. Watch as floats bring favorites like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Frosty the Snowman, and The Polar Express to life along the parade route.
