Description
Join us in the Rock Regional Hospital parking lot for FREE candy, food trucks, live music, photo ops, inflatables and more on Saturday, October 19 from 4:00 - 7:00 pm! Open to the public.
WAYS TO GET INVOLVED:
Decorate your trunk and pass out candy during the event. Click the blue " Register Now" button to reserve your spot.
Donate candy for the event. Candy can be dropped off at Rock Regional Hospital (3251 N. Rock Road) OR the Derby Chamber of Commerce (611 N. Mulberry, Ste 200) until Friday, October 18 at 1:00 pm. No need to register.
Bring a non-perishable food item to the event to help support the Derby Food Bank! You will receive a raffle ticket for each item you bring. Raffle tickets will be drawn for various prizes.
Volunteer your time. Email lindsi@derbychamber.com to be added to our volunteer list.
Become an event sponsor for $100 and get your logo on the event t-shirt, signage at your trunk, a shout-out by the band during the event and social media recognition. Email apetre@rrhderby.com to become a sponsor.** In case of inclement weather, the event will be postponed to the following Saturday, October 26.
