We’re looking for friendly, motivated Trainer/Sales Associates who can turn a first conversation into a great first impression. You’ll help grow our membership, build relationships in the community & make members feel welcome every time they walk through the door.
What you’ll do:
• Introduce guests to HOTWORX through studio tours & membership conversations.
• Follow up with leads, book guest visits & work toward membership and retail sales goals.
• Help members navigate the equipment, sauna experience & HOTWORX app.
• Get involved in local events, business partnerships & social media.
• Keep the studio clean, organized & welcoming.
You’ll fit right in if you:
• Enjoy starting conversations & connecting with people.
• Feel comfortable discussing pricing & asking for the sale.
• Are dependable, take initiative & follow through.
• Have an interest in fitness & enjoy learning something new.
Sales, retail, hospitality or customer service experience is a plus! We provide HOTWORX training to help you learn the studio experience & grow your skills.
The opportunity:
A part time position with hands on experience in sales, local marketing & studio operations, plus the chance to help shape our community from the beginning. Schedule and start date will be discussed during interviews.
